The individual registered user account created on the 77pk platform, through which the Player accesses all gaming and betting services, manages funds, and claims promotions.
Any natural person who has registered an Account on 77pk and uses the Platform for gaming, betting, or related purposes. Minors (persons under 21 years of age) are expressly excluded.
Any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a 77pk promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
Funds deposited by the Player into their 77pk Account using supported Pakistani payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK), as distinct from Bonus Funds.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and 77pk ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 77pk platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game, product, or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

3.3 Own Account Only. You may only register and use an Account on your own behalf. Creating an Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person is prohibited. If 77pk determines that an Account is being operated by a third party, all funds in that Account may be frozen pending investigation.
3.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 77pk is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77pk makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific location. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is restricted do so at their own risk and shall indemnify 77pk against any resulting claims.
4.1 To access real-money gaming services on 77pk, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77pk Account login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered device. 77pk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.
4.3 You must notify 77pk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 77pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
4.4 77pk reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information provided is false, incomplete, misleading, or has been used to circumvent these Terms.
Before processing your first withdrawal, 77pk is required to verify your identity. You will be requested to submit a legible copy of your valid CNIC. Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of first deposit may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions. The KYC process typically takes under ten (10) minutes once documentation is submitted.
5.1 Supported Methods. 77pk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. The list of available methods may be updated from time to time at 77pk's sole discretion.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your 77pk Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to four (4) business hours to reflect in your Account balance. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 77pk within the timeframes stated on the Cashier page. Standard processing times are 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals, and 1–4 hours for bank transfers. VIP Account holders benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete. 77pk reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified threshold amounts.
5.5 Funding Purpose. 5.6 Currency. All transactions on 77pk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Any conversion costs arising from transactions denominated in other currencies are borne solely by the Player.
6.1 All bonus offers, free spin credits, cashback awards, and promotional incentives made available by 77pk are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a 77pk Account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the Bonus Funds (and in some cases, any winnings derived therefrom) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute Bonus Abuse and are strictly prohibited:
6.4 77pk reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any winnings derived from a bonus, and close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in Bonus Abuse. Determinations of Bonus Abuse are made at 77pk's sole discretion.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods stated in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus entitlements that exceed the stated expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 77pk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product, market, or game. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
7.2 Finality of Results. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by 77pk's systems, it is binding on both parties, subject to the result of the relevant event or game outcome. Bets cannot be altered or cancelled after acceptance except in circumstances specifically provided for in the applicable product rules.
7.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in any odds, game result, payout, or other element of the Platform (whether caused by human error, technical failure, or any other reason), 77pk reserves the right to void the affected transactions and revert any resulting account balance changes. 77pk will not be liable to pay out on bets accepted in error at patently incorrect odds.
7.4 Suspicious Activity. 77pk reserves the right to void, suspend, or investigate any bet or series of bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any other irregular activity. Settlement of affected markets may be delayed pending investigation, and 77pk will cooperate with relevant authorities where required.
7.5 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting markets on 77pk may be suspended at any time at 77pk's discretion. Bets placed during a brief suspension in connection with in-play events may be voided. Players should be aware that network latency can affect the timing of bet placement relative to real-time events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pk Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Screen recording or streaming of live dealer games is prohibited without explicit written authorisation.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pk shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of gaming session, loss of data, or inability to access your Account due to technical issues.
11.2 77pk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount held in your Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.3 77pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 77pk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
11.4 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 77pk expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted in connection with your 77pk Account is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 77pk collects and processes personal data including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, and payment transaction data for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of Platform services.
12.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 77pk, subject to any retention obligations imposed by applicable law or regulatory requirements. 13.1 By 77pk. 77pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
13.2 By the Player. You may request permanent closure of your 77pk Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
13.3 Upon closure, your right to access the Platform terminates immediately. The obligations set out in Sections 8, 11, and 15 of these Terms survive account closure.

15.2 Dispute Resolution.
